Inverness Survey--Please read the directions below before starting the survey!
This survey is a requirement for federal funding of the NWP.  Results also provide valuable feedback to each site and to the National Writing Project.  This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.

You will need to complete the survey in one session, because once you hit the SUBMIT button, you will not be able to go back to add to or change your survey.  Use tabs and directional arrows to move through the survey (do not hit "return" or "enter" as on some computers that will submit the survey prematurely

At the beginning of the survey you will be asked for the survey Validation Code.  Please type in "writer." 

It is critical that you provide an email address at the bottom of the survey because Inverness Research will send a short follow-up survey to everyone in April or May of next year.  All responses will be anonymous and Inverness will not use the emails for any other purpose.
